    This training takes place at the Pottawatamie County Courthouse and is FREE of charge.

    This presentation will review DHS’s changes in child welfare philosophy and approach, including the recent emphasis on family interaction, involvement of fathers, and use of relative care. In addition, the presentation will include an update of DHS staffing and operational changes related to the agency’s statewide restructuring.
