Michelle Muhle joined Nebraska Alliance of Child Advocacy Centers in March 2017. As the Outreach Coordinator, Michelle provides technical assistance and support to Nebraska’s seven Child Advocacy Centers. Michelle is passionate about system-level change and improving system response to child abuse and neglect. Michelle has over 12 years of experience working in the child protection and foster care fields previously serving as a Child and Family Services Specialist with Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, as a Foster Care Specialist, and a Foster Parent Recruitment and Training specialist with Nebraska Children’s Home Society. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. While attending college, Michelle served as a Volunteer Advocate at the Rape and Abuse Crisis Center in Fargo ND. When Michelle is not working, she is likely to be found practicing her love of photography, taking in the local music scene or spending time with her friends and family.
