Thaddaeus Pera serves as the Data Coordinator for the Nebraska Alliance of Child Advocacy Centers and is responsible for responsible for providing technology and data support statewide. He serves as an administrator of data management systems used for program tracking, quality assurance measures, and program evaluation. He works closely with child advocacy center membership to ensure all processes for data management and systems are working to maximize organization efficiency and impact.
Thad graduated from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas, and he is now finishing his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. For over a decade he has served nonprofits of all size and shape across the country, assisting with data management and analysis, program research and systems development for the Paley Center for Media, the Committee to Protect Journalists, and most recently with the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands. In his free time Thad enjoys traveling with family and friends in pursuit of great food and new experiences.
