Brittany Herrington
As the Assistant Director of Operations at the Nebraska Alliance of Child Advocacy Centers, Brittany Herrington ensures the organization’s internal systems, processes, and operations run smoothly to support its mission. She oversees financial management, grant compliance, contracts, and administrative workflows, while maintaining data collection and quality improvement initiatives to measure and strengthen the Alliance’s impact. Brittany also manages digital collaboration platforms, website maintenance, and organizational documentation, working closely with leadership on strategic planning and operational alignment.
Brittany earned her master's degree in social work and public administration from the University of Nebraska–Omaha, and brings expertise in nonprofit leadership, program management, operational strategy, and process improvement.
Prior to joining the Nebraska Alliance, Brittany served as Director of Transition Services at Children’s Square, where she managed programs serving youth who aged out of foster care, led an electronic health record (EHR) system migration, and improved compliance and administrative efficiency across the organization.
