Stephanie Weddington
Stephanie Weddington is the Performance, Quality, and Compliance Coordinator for the Nebraska Alliance. In this role, Stephanie supports consistent, data-driven oversight of programmatic and statutory requirements. She analyzes service delivery data, monitors key performance indicators, and synthesizes findings into actionable recommendations that support organizational decision-making, network consistency, compliance, and statewide outcomes.
Prior to joining the Nebraska Alliance, Stephanie worked as a customer experience research analyst in the private sector. She also served as a Project Evaluator and Workforce Specialist at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Center on Children, Families, and the Law, where she partnered with state and tribal child welfare agencies on program evaluations and project implementations to strengthen their workforce. Stephanie earned her master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, pets, family, & friends, and creative crafts.
